OceanaGold (Philippines) Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analyst for the Didipio site on Luzon.

The role will lead the Business and Data Analysts to ensure accurate site reporting and provide executive-level decision support through quality modelling and performance analysis. Reporting to the Manager - Business Improvement & Optimization, you will drive cross-functional improvement initiatives, establish standards for process optimization, and support budget preparation and tracking at the asset

Qualifications

• Behaviour aligned with OceanaGold Values and Way.
• Amenable to based in Nueva Vizcaya.
• Educational background: Mining Eng or Metallurgy degree.
• Underground mining experience desirable.
• Knowledge: mining ops, cost drivers, governance and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams of BIs and Data Analysts for site reporting and analysis.
• Provide executive-level decision support via reporting, financial modelling and performance analysis.
• Facilitate and improve site management systems and structured performance forums.
