• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years experience in business analysis and 3+ years in senior BA roles involving IT solutions.
• Experience in banking/financial services is advantageous.
• 5+ years in solution design and documenting business processes.
• 5+ years in quality assurance and testing IT applications.
• Experience preparing BRDs, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience reviewing vendor solution designs and alignment with requirements.
• Experience supporting workflow platforms, case management, risk/compliance systems.
• Experience data migration activities including data mapping and testing.
• Experience working with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of client business processes, due diligence, and compliance is a plus.
• Proficient with Azure DevOps for iterating and documenting user stories.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Familiarity with governance, risk assessment, AML/KYC processes is desirable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Teams).

Requirement and Qualification (Education & Work Experience)

• Degree in Computer Science or any related course
• At least 8 years of solid experience in business analysis and 3 years in a senior business analysis role involving IT solution implementation and system integration
• Experience in banking / financial services sector would be an advantage
• 5 years of experience in solution design and documenting business processes
• 5 years of experience in quality assurance and testing IT applications
• Demonstrated experience preparing business requirements documents, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, workflow diagrams, and supporting project documentation.
• Strong experience reviewing vendor solution designs and validating that proposed solutions align with approved business requirements and intended business outcomes.
• Experience supporting enterprise workflow platforms, case management systems, risk assessment systems, compliance systems, or similar business applications.
• Experience supporting data migration activities, including data mapping, data quality assessment, reconciliation, and migration testing.
• Experience working with system integrations, APIs, data exchanges, and enterprise platforms.
• Understanding of client business processes, operational procedures, sovereign and no sovereign operations, or integrity due diligence processes is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in using Azure Dev Ops on managing iterations and building user stories and relevant supporting documents
• Must be conversant with project management lifecycle and systems development lifecycle principles following Agile methodology
• Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with due diligence, sanctions screening, adverse media screening, KYC, AML, fraud risk, integrity risk management, compliance monitoring, or related business processes is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, compliance platforms, workflow automation, and analytics tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Skilled with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint and Teams
