Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a qualified professional to facilitate and monitor project scope, tasks, and documentation in coordination with the project team. The role requires understanding business needs and documenting processes, user stories, and requirements.

You will manage the team to fulfill requests and resolve defects and production incidents, perform first-level issue isolation, and coordinate and document production incidents to ensure resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience with Card Management System standards and workflows.
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience.
• Ability to analyze business processes and propose solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, plus collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with daily operations and accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor key project scope, tasks, documentation, timelines and issues with the project team.
• Understand business needs and document processes, user stories, and requirements.
• Lead team to fulfill requests and resolve defects and production incidents.
• Perform first-level isolation to assess and validate system issues.
• Document and escalate production incidents to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with technical teams on development of application systems and ensure accuracy to user requirements.
• Lead UAT and integration activities and coordinate testing with system users for on-time implementation.
