Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Business Analyst to support project governance and requirements activities. You will gather requirements, assist in workshops, and help manage daily operations for production issues and service requests.

Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to ensure smooth project delivery, monitor milestones, and escalate impediments as needed. This role involves vendor coordination and ad-hoc assignments.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Review existing documentation, system architecture and workflows, document user stories and technical requirements
• Project Management Support: Govern project management activities, monitor progress, track milestones, and manage changes to scope and schedule as necessary
• Business Analysis Assistance: Assist business analyst for conducting requirements gathering workshops and user acceptance testing sessions with users
• Operational Support: Manage daily operations for production issues, service requests, and other operational matters, including managing escalations and removing impediments as required
• Vendor Performance Monitoring: Monitor vendor performance for issue resolution and propose areas of improvement for operational efficiency, ensuring that vendor services align with contractual obligations
• Ad-hoc Assignments: Undertake ad-hoc tasks/assignments as required
