Job description

Responsible for supporting and supervising the delivery of HR transformation and HR technology implementation engagements. The role focuses on business analysis, HR process design, functional solutioning, system enablement, testing, and deployment activities. The Senior Associate works closely with clients, project managers, implementation teams, and technology partners to translate business requirements into practical and sustainable HR solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process discovery sessions to understand business needs and objectives.
• Analyze current-state HR processes and develop future-state process designs across Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management, Learning, Performance, Payroll, and HR Service Delivery functions.
• Lead business process mapping, fit-gap assessments, and process improvement initiatives, recommending leading HR and technology practices.
• Develop business requirements documents, functional specifications, solution design documents, configuration workbooks, process maps, and implementation documentation.
• Translate business requirements into functional and system design recommendations and validate alignment between business needs and solution capabilities.
• Support and review system configuration activities, ensuring solutions are configured in accordance with approved requirements and design decisions.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to support successful solution design, delivery, and adoption.
• Support testing activities, including SIT, UAT, defect management, issue resolution, data validation, and deployment readiness assessments.
• Support data migration, reconciliation, deployment, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization activities.
• Prepare project deliverables, status updates, implementation documentation, and other workstream-specific reports.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions for functional workstreams and provide guidance on process and solution decisions.
• Review work products of associates, provide coaching and mentorship, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Contribute to proposal development, research, thought leadership, internal capability-building initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts.

Competency Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.

Required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR technology, HR transformation, business analysis, HR operations, or enterprise system implementation.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process design, and solution documentation.
• Experience supporting HRIS/HCM implementations.
• Exposure to testing, deployment, or system enablement activities.

Preferred

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
• Certifications in Business Analysis, HR Technology, or related disciplines.
