Job summary

Arch Global Services (Philippines) Inc. seeks an experienced Business Systems Analyst to collaborate with digital product managers, owners, and users to translate business requests into clear specifications for software and data warehouse projects.

You will craft user stories, define acceptance criteria, coordinate with QA, developers, and stakeholders, and maintain thorough product/process documentation across tools like Confluence and Jira.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field as baseline.
• BA/BSA with 3–6 years of experience.
• Experience in Agile software development as a Product Owner or similar role.
• Knowledge of Insurance business domain.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DPM, business system owners, and users to translate requests into specifications.
• Write user stories that meet INVEST and DOR criteria and break them into vertical slices.
• Define Acceptance Criteria and work with QA to align tests and DOD.
• Coordinate with QA, Developers, and Testers to determine test coverage and automation needs.
• Lead end-to-end/integration testing and plan test efforts with stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation in Confluence, Miro, and related tools.
• Act as SME on the Product Team and support sprint ceremonies and release notes.
