SGS in the Philippines (Metro Manila) seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive IT process improvements and oversee requirements across O2C, R2R, P2P and Supply Chain. You will translate business needs into documented requirements, backlog items, epics and user stories, and support testing activities with internal teams and outsourcers.

The role requires strong Oracle EBS/R12 experience, ITIL knowledge, and collaboration with external suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s with relevant IT or Computer science background.
• High Level Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related subject.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Oracle EBS R12 on O2C, R2R, P2P, Supply Chain.
• Experience Oracle Fusion Cloud is desirable.
• Strong experience in supporting testing activities including unit testing, regression and user acceptance testing.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) process and standards.
• Solid experience in managing activities with external suppliers like Oracle.
• Relevant experience managing requirements through the entire delivery and operational life cycle.
• Experience on business analysis frameworks and techniques – e.g. business process modeling, continuous improvement, requirements analysis, user stories and use cases definition, etc.

Responsabilités

• Analyse needs and translate into documented requirements across IT domains.
• Support backlog, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing (unit, regression, UAT) with internal teams and outsourcers.
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs and priorities.
• Prepare presentations for management and service improvement plans.
• Define UAT approach and oversee execution.
• Drive deployment/rollout plans and knowledge transfer.
