Job summary

SGS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join the IT Corporate team. The role collaborates with business stakeholders to improve processes, translate needs into requirements, and support incident and change management.

The SBA guides acceptance criteria, tests plans, and oversees UAT, while coordinating with outsourcer teams for escalated issues and improvements. Responsibilities include creating functional designs, prioritizing requirements, and maintaining knowledge base of application

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT/CS or related field.
Strong background in business analysis and requirement management.
Experience with Oracle EBS R12, Oracle Fusion Cloud preferred.
ITIL process expertise and service management experience.

Responsibilities

Provide 2nd or 3rd level application support with outsourcer team.
Collaborate with Implementation, Solution Architect, Delivery and Outsourcer teams.
Attend internal/external service meetings to discuss escalations and improvements.
Build relationships with business, IT, vendors and service providers.
Monitor escalated issues and drive resolution per escalation procedures.
Lead reviews of incidents, changes and service quality with stakeholders.
Prepare and present requirements, functional designs and UAT plans.
Identify needs and perform requirements analysis and prioritization.
