Job summary

Umpisa Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Senior Business Analyst to lead multi-phase ERP transformations across SAP ECC/S4 HANA and Oracle ERP (EBS, Cloud Fusion).

You will elicit requirements, map current and future states, and align stakeholders from C-level to end users in a global enterprise setting. You will drive process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and Manufacturing, mentor junior BAs, and support UAT and cutover planning.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst, with ERP transformation experience.
• Hands-on SAP ECC/S4 HANA and Oracle ERP (EBS, Cloud Fusion).
• Deep domain knowledge in at least two areas: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR or Manufacturing.
• Proven experience in large-scale ERP programs across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation programs covering SAP and Oracle ERP platforms.
• Elicit requirements, gap analyses, current/future state mapping, stakeholder alignment.
• Facilitate workshops with C-level and executives; translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Evaluate and drive process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR and Manufacturing.
• Mentor junior BAs and SMEs; support system configuration reviews, UAT, and cutover planning.
• Create and deliver high-quality presentations, process flows, and executive updates.
• Manage cross-functional workshops with IT, vendors, business users, and external consultants.
