Job summary

PCS Wireless, LLC. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst in Manila to own requirements for applications from discovery to release.

You will work with operations, finance, sales, and other teams to convert observations into precise, build-ready specifications, using AI tools to draft requirements and processes while ensuring accuracy and completeness. You will model processes with BPMN, define integration needs with NetSuite ERP, and guide developers and QA through backlog, tests, and deployments,

Qualifications

• Have a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business analytics, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Have 10+ years of experience defining requirements and delivering application development projects, including at least 5 years as the lead analyst on complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Have taken custom web applications from idea through release and adoption, with greenfield requirements experience beyond configuring packaged software.
• Have excellent written and spoken English, with the clarity and confidence to lead workshops, write precise documentation, and present to senior stakeholders across the globe.
• Have hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot to write requirements, user stories, and process flows, and can share examples of this work.
• Have experience with AI prototyping tools such as Lovable, Bolt, or similar.
• Understand spec-driven development and how to write specifications that AI coding agents can build from.
• Are skilled in process modeling using BPMN or similar notation, with tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro.
• Have experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery model, using Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools.
• Have working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and SQL, and can read API documentation, trace a data flow, and hold a technical conversation with developers.
• Have experience defining non-functional requirements, including security, performance, and data privacy.
• Have experience mentoring or guiding other analysts, with or without a formal lead title.
• Have experience designing applications that integrate with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite, which is a strong plus.
• Are familiar with integration middleware and enterprise integration platforms.
• Hold a CBAP or similar business analysis certification, which is a plus.
• Are team players, able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the requirements for every application our Application Development team builds, from internal tools to customer-facing web applications.
• Embed with operations, finance, sales, and other business teams to understand how work really gets done, then turn learnings into clear requirements, process flows, and specifications.
• Write clear, build-ready requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, data models, field-level mappings, and technical specifications.
• Use AI tools throughout the requirements lifecycle to synthesize discovery notes, draft requirements and user stories, and create process flows and diagrams.
• Build quick, clickable prototypes with AI prototyping tools to validate ideas with stakeholders before development begins.
• Write structured, implementation-ready specifications that support spec-driven development for developers and AI agents.
• Model current and future-state processes using BPMN or similar standards, capturing edge cases, dependencies, and non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and auditability.
• Define integration requirements between our applications, NetSuite (ERP), and external partner systems, working with developers on APIs and data flows.
• Facilitate decisions across stakeholder groups, resolve conflicting requirements, and secure sign-off without escalation of every question.
• Partner with developers, designers, and QA through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and daily delivery, keeping scope and priorities clear.
• Maintain traceability from business objectives through epics, user stories, test cases, and release.
• Demonstrate completed features to business users, support UAT with QA, and manage promotion of approved work into production.
• Build business cases and value analysis to prioritize and justify development investments.
• Provide functional production support, including issue triage and root cause analysis, and drive improvements using usage data and feedback.
• Prepare teams for new releases with demos, training, and release communications.
• Review requirements written by others, mentor junior analysts, and help set team documentation standards.

About the Role:

As a Senior Business Analyst based in Manila, you will own the requirements for every application our Application Development team builds, from internal tools to customer-facing web applications. You will embed with our operations, finance, sales, and other business teams to understand how work really gets done, then turn what you learn into clear requirements, process flows, and specifications that our full stack developers can build from. AI is central to how you will work: you will use AI tools to synthesize discovery, draft requirements and process flows, build quick prototypes, and write structured specifications that both developers and AI coding agents can build from. You will report to the Business Analyst Team Lead and work closely with developers, designers, QA, and business stakeholders around the world. The quality of your requirements, and of your communication, sets the quality of every release.

What you will do:

• Own the requirements for all applications in the Application Development portfolio, from the first conversation with the business through release, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Run discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews with business users and stakeholders to document current processes, surface pain points, and define future-state solutions.
• Write clear, build-ready requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, data models, field-level mappings, and functional and technical specifications.
• Use AI tools throughout the requirements lifecycle to synthesize discovery notes, draft requirements and user stories, generate acceptance criteria and test scenarios, and create process flows and diagrams, validating every output for accuracy and completeness.
• Build quick, clickable prototypes with AI prototyping tools to validate ideas with stakeholders before development begins.
