Job summary

OutForce Inc. is hiring a Senior Business Analyst to support onboarding, administration, and AI initiatives. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements, document processes, and coordinate system transitions, ensuring governance and audit readiness.

You should have strong Microsoft Dynamics, Copilot, and AI principles experience, with familiarity in Jira/Confluence and ERP environments. Hybrid work from Taguig is offered.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across business and tech teams.
• Experience documenting requirements and SOPs for audit/compliance.
• Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting principles helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist with systems onboarding and administration.
• Coordinate new AI use cases and assess business impact.
• Gather requirements and document processes for system transitions.
• Support onboarding setup and system administration for ongoing projects.
• Engage with Head of AI and stakeholders to define functional requirements.
