Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a Building Engineer to oversee the strategic and operational management of all company buildings and facilities to ensure a safe and productive work environment. The role covers services delivery across electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, safety and security systems, and cost optimization through project management and contractor negotiation.

Qualifications

Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering or BS Electrical Engineering.
Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Licensed Electrical Engineer.
Knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, genset, elevator and telephone system maintenance and installation.
Team player with good communication and feedback skills.
Pro-active attitude and continuously seek to improve work efficiency.

Responsibilities

Operate and maintain company facilities and services.
Plan and oversee building work and renovations.
Ensure facilities meet government regulations on health, safety and security standards.
Prepare annual and monthly preventive and predictive maintenance schedules with financial details.
Plan and prepare monthly reports for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
Negotiate contractor and service quotations and ensure proper records of projects.
Provide support for DENR compliance of the company and its affiliates.
