Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a licensed Civil Engineer or Architect to support a Property/Real Estate portfolio. The role focuses on keeping equipment and facilities in excellent condition, executing preventive maintenance, and monitoring energy use.

Qualifications

Licensed and registered Civil Engineer or Architect.
1-2 years of experience in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Good attitude and customer oriented.
Willing to work in Cagayan De Oro City.

Responsibilities

Inspect equipment and facilities regularly; implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
Implement energy-conservation and monitor utility consumption.
Track and communicate work request status and completion.
Monitor construction works and provide project status reports to the Property Manager.
Prepare/review plans, estimates and scope of works for projects.
Monitor safety programs to prevent liability for the property.
Coordinate Fire/Earthquake Drill; conduct daily coordination meetings with security, maintenance, and janitorial staff.
Involve in preparation and delivery of presentations, testing, verification, scheduling and as-built documentation.
