Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science or Veterinary Medicine is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in broiler management.
• Ability to design and analyze broiler performance and house design/ventilation.
• Strong English communication, written reports, and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Build technical services plan, set broiler performance goals, and provide technical services to customers.
• Develop a broiler economic model to support value of sales for customers.
• Provide market intelligence and product performance insights.
• Champion biosecurity culture across teams and customers.
• Increase qualifications and contribute as a strong team member.
• Collect broiler performance data for Cobb vs competitor breeds.
• Develop and maintain customer communication and relationships.
• Update broiler knowledge and deliver trainings to technical and sales teams.
• Coordinate with sales team for customer services.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
