Job summary

Tyson Foods Philippines seeks a highly experienced Poultry Technical Services leader to deliver value to customers by providing technical support to achieve business objectives in line with the Director of Technical Service Asia.

You will build technical services plans, improve broiler performance, and provide market intelligence to support long‑term strategic decisions while championing biosecurity and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Science or Veterinary Medicine required.
• Minimum 10 years of extensive broiler management experience.
• Ability to work under pressure with strong sense of urgency.
• Strategic thinker, well organized and analytical.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Job Details: Job Purpose/Summary: The expectation of this position is to provide value to customers and the industry by delivering technical support to achieve business objectives as established with Director of Technical Service Asia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Build technical services plan, set broiler performance goals, and provide technical services to customers to achieve the broiler goals.
• Develop a broiler economic model for value of sales so as to incorporate the model in the technical services to customers.
• Provide market intelligence and product performance that identifies gaps and contributes to development of long‑term strategic plans.
• Champion a culture of biosecurity.
• Increase and develop qualifications and become more effective team member.
• Collect broiler performance for both Cobb breed and the competitor breed.
• Develop and maintain customer communication and good customer relationships.
• Update new broiler knowledge, provide regular trainings to technical and sales team and broiler customers.
• Coordinate with sales team for customer services.
• Other task that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree on Poultry Science or Veterinary Medicine.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience on broiler management with good knowledge on house design and ventilation.
• Skills/Knowledge: High tolerance for stress and a strong sense for urgency.
• Skills/Knowledge: Strategic thinker, well organized and analytical.
• Skills/Knowledge: A team worker, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Skills/Knowledge: Self-confident, committed, enthusiastic and works well under pressure.
• Skills/Knowledge: Able to write concise and accurate reports and proposals.
