Qualifications

• 4–9 years in technical process documentation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of BPM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to identify gaps and improvements.
• Document end-to-end workflows, maps, and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into functional specs.
• Recommend enhancements and automation opportunities.
• Lead tasks and maintain client relationships to ensure on-time delivery.
• Support design, development, QA, deployment and post‑go-live activities.
