The role emphasises market leadership, delivery excellence, and the expansion of EY’s Philippines FS Risk capabilities, leveraging GenAI and advanced analytics to transform client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a professional firm, consulting or industry in Financial Services Risk Consulting.
• Strong academic history in Business, Accounting, Engineering or similar.
• Professional risk certifications (CIA, CISA, CISSP, CFA, etc.)
• Knowledge of financial services domains incl. banking, insurance, asset management.

Responsibilities

• Lead market leadership and client management for global FS clients.
• Drive engagement delivery across teams, manage risk and outcomes.
• Collaborate across service lines to create innovative, tech-driven solutions (GenAI, AI, analytics).
• Win new business opportunities and expand the Philippines FS Risk consulting footprint.
• Mentor teams, drive recruitment and talent development.
