Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking a hands-on Bookkeeper to maintain accurate financial records and support day-to-day accounting operations. This role will focus on general bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end activities in a growing organization.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Head of Accounting and other internal teams to ensure timely processing of transactions while adhering to Philippine regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping or general accounting.
• Strong working knowledge of Philippine accounting and tax requirements (BIR, VAT, withholding).
• Payroll computation and statutory contributions experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the general ledger with accurate, timely transactions.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
• Process vendor invoices, customer payments, disbursements, and collections follow-ups.
• Perform monthly reconciliations of bank accounts and petty cash.
• Prepare and file BIR tax returns and related compliance requirements.
