Job summary

AgentSync is seeking an experienced bookkeeper to support an Australian veterinary business with Xero-based multi-entity bookkeeping and cash flow visibility. You will work closely with owners, managers and external accountants to streamline day-to-day finance operations and improve reporting across entities.

The role focuses on accurate reconciliations, timely month-end reporting and payroll support for a ~70-person team.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in bookkeeping or finance operations.
• Multi-entity bookkeeping and inter-entity transactions.
• Advanced Xero proficiency with reconciliations.
• Strong cash flow management and reporting.
• Excellent communication in virtual teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero for multiple entities.
• Prepare weekly cash flow reports and month-end summaries.
• Handle accounts payable and client receipts.
• Liaise with external accountants on month-end reporting.
• Support payroll processes for ~70 staff.
