Job summary

Visory is building the AI-powered operating system for the financial back office of growing businesses. As Senior Bookkeeper, you will ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of books for multiple clients, while guiding AI agents to learn from complex cases.

Strong knowledge of Australian BAS/IAS/TPAR, multi-currency and a growth mindset are essential. You will review AI work, handle difficult reconciliations, and be the main client liaison for bookkeeping matters.

Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on Australian bookkeeping experience.
• Multi-currency, inventory/COGS, and complex reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality of client books, including AP, AR, coding, reconciliations, month-end close.
• Review AI-delivered work and resolve difficult cases.
• Record errors and changes to help agents learn and improve.
• Communicate with clients as the main contact for day-to-day bookkeeping questions.
• Collaborate with product team to test improvements and set quality standards.
