Job summary

Arcadis’ Global Excellence Centre in the Philippines seeks a BIM/CAD Drafter to support drawing production, align with CAD/Revit standards, and drive process improvements under the guidance of the BIM Coordinator.

You will deliver drawing sets across structural and architectural disciplines, lead small projects, and mentor junior staff while ensuring quality and deadlines in a collaborative, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 3 years of experience with Revit software. Experience with Dynamo is a must.
• Job experience in design consulting firm is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Overseas experience is an advantage.
• Effective communication both orally and in writing.
• Systematic and methodical approach.
• Able to adapt quickly to drawing standards.

Responsibilities

• Carry out technical Revit operations in accordance with the company systems.
• Preparation of Structural General Arrangement, Post Tension Concrete, Reinforced Concrete and Structural Steelwork drawings.
• Able to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
• Work in accordance with Arcadis CAD/Revit standards and project requirements.
• Lead small projects, liaising with lead office and producing progress reports.
• Able to supervise drafting and resources for project delivery.
• Undertake checking and quality control in CAD standards and project requirements.
• Provide direction and Revit training if required.
