Job summary

Arcadis in Manila seeks an experienced BIM Lead to lead and deliver BIM model and drawing production for large projects, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to project, client, and company standards. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage clash detection, and support BIM Execution Plans and project delivery strategies.

The role requires 8+ years in BIM with Revit/Navisworks, strong communication, and ISO 19650 experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field with BIM certification preferred.
8+ years of BIM experience on multidisciplinary projects, design consultancy ideal.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication, structured and solution-oriented approach.
International project experience is an advantage; adaptable to project drawing standards.
Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, ACC/Forma; Dynamo and Python are a plus.
Experience with ISO 19650 and related standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate BIM model and drawing production across multidisciplinary teams.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to BIM Manager.
Delegate workloads to BIM modellers and ensure timely delivery.
Manage clash detection, coordination reviews, and resolution of model conflicts.
Develop and maintain federated BIM models for multidisciplinary coordination.
Ensure models and data comply with BIM standards and execution plans.
Oversee model health checks, data validation, and document control in the CDE.
Mentor BIM modellers and provide technical guidance.
Support setup and improvement of BIM workflows for large projects.
