Qualifications

• Registered Architect with 7+ years of experience in architecture design.
• Experience in life sciences and semiconductor projects is a plus.
• Proficient in BIM tools and architectural design.

Responsibilities

• Perform role in accordance with Arcadis behavioral framework.
• Take responsibility for own safety and health and safety principles.
• Collaborate with disciplines to ensure project interfaces integrity.
• Prepare documentation and reports for Arcadis requirements and codes.
• Plan assigned work and allocate resources for timely delivery.
• Monitor team performance and resolve issues.
• Coach junior team members and support professional development.
• Prepare BIM models as per project requirements using Revit/AutoCAD.
• Develop drawings for projects using Revit with some AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with GEC project Architect team lead and other disciplines.
• Ensure effective communication of progress and changes within production team.
• Review own work for standards before others review it.
• Keep up to date on construction practices and technologies.
