Emapta Philippines is hiring a Senior BIM Modeler - Architectural to strengthen delivery by translating design intent into coordinated, buildable models for documentation through site execution. The role emphasizes constructability, coordination, and model quality on complex projects.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years BIM experience in architecture, with Autodesk certifications preferred, and prior Singapore project exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of BIM modelling experience in architectural works, including at least 3 years on main contractor or architectural consultancy projects.
• Proven delivery on completed building projects across residential, commercial, institutional, healthcare, or industrial developments.
• Accredited BIM certification or Autodesk Certified Professional certification is an advantage.
• Prior experience with Singapore projects is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Author, develop, and maintain architectural Revit models covering walls, floors, doors, windows, ceilings, finishes, and more to support design to site execution.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination, run clash detection, issue clash reports, and drive resolution.
• Produce construction-issue drawings, layouts, sections, elevations, and as-built drawings from federated models.
• Guide BIM Modellers and drafting staff; enforce QA/QC, document control, and BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Building, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of BIM modelling experience in architectural works, including at least 3 years on main contractor or architectural consultancy projects

Technical Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage
• Working proficiency in Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, Autodesk Forma, Bluebeam Revu, Dynamo for Revit, and Enscape or Twinmotion
• Strong command of construction detailing, statutory drawing conventions, and buildable design concepts
• Familiarity with IFC/openBIM exchange, COBie, and model data structuring is an advantage

• Strong spatial and constructability judgment, with the ability to identify buildability issues before they reach the site
• Strong organization under multi-package and multi-deadline pressure, with the ability to prioritize concurrent work fronts
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong ownership, and confidence in mentoring less experienced staff

Responsibilities

Model Authoring & Delivery

• Author, develop, and maintain LOD 350-400 architectural Revit models covering walls, floors, doors, windows, ceilings, finishes, staircases, wet areas, façade interfaces, roofing, and builder's work openings
• Convert consultant tender and design models and 2D drawings into contractor construction models, resolve design gaps, and raise Requests for Information where information is incomplete or conflicting
• Develop and maintain project Revit templates, families, shared parameters, view templates, filters, and sheet and title block standards in line with the BIM Execution Plan
• Model construction-driven elements, including hacking and making good, screed and fall zones, tiling setting-out, wall build-ups, dry partition systems, false ceiling zones, and access panel provisions
• Prepare and deliver high-quality rendered perspectives for mock-up rooms and other rooms requested by consultants to support design review and approval

Coordination & Clash Management

• Lead architectural input for multidisciplinary coordination, including Combined Services Drawings, Composite Underground Plans, ceiling voids, and risers
• Run and interrogate clash detection in Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud, issue clash reports, track resolutions to closure, and elevate unresolved conflicts
• Attend weekly BIM coordination meetings and provide technical input to consultants, subcontractors, and project teams

Documentation & Submission

• Produce construction-issue shop drawings, layout plans, sections, elevations, details, schedules, and as-built drawings directly from the federated model
• Support regulatory and CORENET X/BCA submissions, including model preparation for e-submission requirements and Buildability B-score and Constructability C-score computations
• Extract model quantities to support procurement, subcontractor tendering, progress claims, and wastage control

Leadership & Quality

• Guide, check, and mentor BIM Modellers and drafting staff, allocate modelling tasks, and monitor productivity against the project programme
• Perform model QA/QC audits covering naming conventions, worksets, origin and shared coordinates, model health, warning management, and file-size discipline
• Enforce compliance with the Singapore BIM Guide, project BIM Execution Plan, Common Data Environment workflows, and company ISO-aligned document control procedures
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including Dynamo automation, model-based dashboards, and BIM-to-field workflows
