Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced BIM-focused engineer to support and coordinate with discipline leads on German power infrastructure projects. You will mentor BIM teams, manage model production, and ensure quality and timely delivery across all project phases.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Arcadis Germany, adherence to BIM standards, and continuous process improvement, with a strong emphasis on leadership and multi-disciplinary teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil/Electrical/Power Engineering.
• 10+ years of proven professional experience.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Strong command of BIM / digital software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
• Knowledge of German Standards is preferable.
• Working experience on German projects will be an added advantage.
• Software skills such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD Map, ProjectWise, ACC.

Responsibilities

• Support discipline leads and engineers in daily project delivery on German projects.
• Collaborate with the Germany team to deliver power infrastructure and BIM deliverables.
• Lead and mentor BIM project teams and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee BIM model production, QA/QC, and standard compliance.
• Establish BIM standards, processes, and continuous improvement.
• Manage and coordinate digital models for all project phases.
• Work with other design disciplines to maintain overall design integrity.
• Conduct regular project reviews and audits.
