Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a seasoned BIM Lead to lead and deliver model and drawing production for large, complex projects, applying advanced technical and engineering expertise within a BIM environment. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage clash detection and resolution, develop and implement BIM Execution Plans, and ensure deliverables comply with ISO 19650 and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field with BIM certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years’ BIM experience on multidisciplinary projects, design consulting ideal.
• Strong proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and BIM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate BIM model and drawing production across teams.
• Manage clash detection, coordination reviews, and resolution of conflicts.
• Develop and maintain federated BIM models and CDE data governance.
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards, ISO 19650, and project requirements.
• Mentor BIM modellers and support BIM workflow improvements.
