Role Description

Support project delivery by assisting team leads, managing drawing set‑up, production, and submission, and ensuring that all outputs meet Arcadis standards.

• Project Coordination: Report to BIM Team Leads, provide regular project updates, and ensure drawing processes align with Arcadis standards.
• Drawing Management: Oversee drawing set‑up, production, and submission, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaboration: Coordinate drawing documentation and models with engineers and other design disciplines, resolving clashes and design issues promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough checks of Civil3D models and drawings, ensuring all outputs meet Arcadis quality and safety standards before submission.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and supervise junior BIM Technicians, delegate tasks, and support their professional development.
• Process Improvement: Support engineers with CAD/Civil3D standards, manage workflow efficiency, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with experience in design consulting firms.
• Technical Skills: Minimum 3 years’ experience using AutoCAD or Civil3D (Dynamo knowledge an advantage); proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Industry Experience: Background in project design delivery; overseas or outsourcing project experience is a plus.
• Professional Competencies: Strong communication skills (oral and written), with a systematic and methodological approach to work.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adopt and apply drawing standards while ensuring accuracy and quality.
