Job summary

Arcadis Consulting Middle East Limited seeks a skilled structural BIM designer to join their Design & Engineering team. You will work on large, multi-discipline projects, applying BIM in a production environment and contributing to safe, sustainable design.

You will lead BIM model and drawing production, coordinate with discipline leads, ensure compliance with Arcadis standards and ISO 19650, mentor modellers, and help deliver high-quality structural models across complex projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent BIM-related certification.
Minimum 7 years of experience with BIM software on multi-discipline projects.
Must have REVIT experience.
Overseas experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Lead BIM model and drawing production for single discipline in coordination with BIM Manager and discipline lead.
Ensure model delivery complies with project standards and EIR.
Coordinate clash detection and create federated models for BIM coordination.
Provide oversight on project workflow and mentor BIM modellers.
Perform QA/QC on technical drawings before handover.
Set up/develop new BIM projects and ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plan.
