Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead modelling and detailing tasks on diverse projects. You will ensure CAD/BIM standards, coordinate with engineers, and manage drafting resources to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering or Architecture degree, strong Revit Structures and AutoCAD skills, 12+ years of experience, and proficiency in BIM360/ProjectWise. Excellent English communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
Strong knowledge of Revit Structures and AutoCAD.
Experience with BIM360 and BIM360 Docs.
Dynamo and coding skills are a plus.
Excellent English communication skills.
Typically 12+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

Report and liaise with the Workshare Manager on all technical and personnel issues.
Allocation of drafting resources.
Maintaining technical standards.
Keep all project information up to date.
Assist in the identification of technical problems and provide possible solutions.
Inform the work share manager and clients about progress and status.
Ensure drawings and registration systems meet specifications and standards.
Collaborate with colleagues on drawings and reviews.
Attend CAD progress and management meetings as required.
Coordinate with Team Leaders, Engineers and other WSP offices on issues and deadlines.
Prepare regular project status reports including weekly progress updates.
