Job summary

SMEC (An SJ Group Company) seeks a senior professional to lead EOI/Proposal development for international infrastructure bids. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, editing complex documents, and ensuring high-quality submissions.

You will work with technical managers to optimize bid content, templates, and schedules while maintaining relationships with consultants and stakeholders to meet client needs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience preparing infrastructure bids for international financial institutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammar and vocabulary.
• Proven knowledge of EOI/Proposal development best practices and templates.

Responsibilities

• Delegate assignments and supervise the output quality of other coordinators.
• Ensure seamless flow of activities during proposal and EOI preparation.
• Prepare monthly market intelligence reports.
• Compile, edit, and proofread EOIs/Proposals to professional, concise standards.
• Review and coordinate preparation of materials for bid documents.
• Define scope and timeline of EOIs/Proposals and coordinate with contributors.
• Develop knowledge of the business and its services for better proposals.
• Maintain standard templates and a document repository for reference materials.
