Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Manager – WFM to lead BI initiatives supporting workforce management and operations. The role requires expertise in BI, analytics, technology, programming, and emerging AI tools.

The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert and key decision-maker, guiding strategic BI efforts. You will lead and mentor a team of BI specialists, drive development of new solutions for complex projects and ensure successful

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of BI managerial experience.
• Strong BI, analytics and related technologies.
• Hands-on AI tools or initiatives experience.
• Knowledge of technology stacks and programming languages.
• Experience leading BI/analytics teams.
• Willing to work shifting schedule in hybrid setup at McKinley, Taguig.

Responsibilities

• Lead BI initiatives supporting Workforce Management and operations.
• Develop and implement BI strategies, processes, standards, and solutions.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate into scalable BI solutions.
• Drive reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data-driven solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on BI, analytics, technology, and process improvement.
• Work with programming languages, technology platforms, data tools, and modern tech.
• Explore and utilize AI tools to improve productivity and solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop BI specialists and team members.
• Manage team performance and full employee lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and deliver solutions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, processes, standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
