Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead BI and Workforce Management initiatives and drive data-driven improvements across the organization. You will translate complex business needs into effective analytics, lead a team of BI/WFM specialists, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

The role requires managerial BI experience, strong tech knowledge, and exposure to AI tools, with a hybrid work setup and shifting schedules.

Qualifications

1–2 years in a managerial BI role.
Experience with AI tools such as OpenAI Codex, Claude or similar.
Strong understanding of technology stacks and programming languages.
Experience leading BI/analytics professionals.
Analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a hybrid, shifting work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead BI and WFM initiatives, projects, processes, and activities.
Act as subject matter expert and final decision-maker in the area of expertise.
Develop and implement solutions for complex business and operational requirements.
Analyze business and workforce data to identify trends and improvements.
Lead and manage a team of BI/WFM specialists and provide direction on priorities.
Coach, mentor and develop team members.
