Gratitude Philippines is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Specialist to lead AI‑powered BI initiatives and mentor a growing team. You will translate data into strategic insights and drive data‑driven decisions across functions.

You’ll steer AI solution development, govern BI projects, and champion scalable data architectures while shaping a vision for intelligent business processes in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with AI tooling (OpenAI Codex, Claude Co‑work/Code)
• Strong understanding of tech stacks and programming languages
• Minimum 1–2 years of managerial experience in BI or related field
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, make strategic decisions, and deliver complex projects
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills

Responsibilities

• AI Solution Development: Design and implement advanced AI‑based solutions using AI tools.
• Technical Leadership: Guide the team through complex technical challenges and mentor specialists.
• BI Management: Oversee BI initiatives, ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
