Job summary

ibex seeks a Manager/Senior Manager for BI Reporting to lead the design, development and delivery of enterprise reporting and dashboards.

This role will build a scalable BI capability with a strong Power BI focus, integrating with GCP and BigQuery, and partnering with data engineering, analytics and business teams to drive data‑driven decisions.

You will lead cross‑functional projects, manage stakeholders and promote BI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in BI, analytics, or reporting
• 3+ years in leadership role
• Advanced Power BI expertise (data modeling, DAX, dashboard design)
• Experience with cloud data platforms (GCP, BigQuery)
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT, data warehousing concepts

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI (requirements to deployment)
• Establish and maintain a scalable BI framework aligned with business needs
• Ensure KPI definitions, data models, and reporting standards are consistent
