Job summary

Emerson seeks a Senior Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence to drive data stewardship, reporting, and insights. You will support global Sales, Marketing, Pursuits, Projects, and Lifecycle Services, maintaining CRM data and delivering business analytics for informed decisions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams worldwide, develop dashboards, manage data quality, and identify improvements. The role emphasizes accuracy, governance, and measurable impact on business performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
2-4 years of BI, Data Analytics, Reporting, Sales Ops, CRM Administration, or related experience.
Intermediate Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
Experience with CRM systems and business databases.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a global environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain sales opportunities, projects, and proposal data for reporting accuracy.
Manage CRM records and coordinate updates with sales teams and stakeholders.
Own proposal and sales movement reporting, including stage progression and aging.
Support Projects Reference Library with data collection, validation, and monthly refresh.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Proposal, and Operations to improve data visibility.
Develop reports, scorecards, and executive summaries to support decisions.
Identify reporting gaps, data quality issues, and process improvement opportunities.
Document processes, data collection procedures, and reporting standards.
