Job summary

Emerson in Manila is seeking a Senior Lead Analyst, Business Intelligence to elevate data quality and governance across reporting, analytics, and insights. You will steward CRM data, manage sales and project information, and deliver insights that influence strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with global Sales, Marketing, Pursuits & Proposals, Project Execution, and Lifecycle Services teams, building reports, dashboards, and scorecards that drive business performance while ensuring data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2-4 years of BI, data analytics, and reporting experience.
• Intermediate Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and business databases.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sales opportunities, projects, and proposal data to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
• Manage CRM records and coordinate updates with sales teams and business stakeholders.
• Own proposal and sales opportunity movement reporting, including stage progression, aging, conversion trends, and data quality monitoring.
• Support the Projects Reference Library through data collection, validation, and monthly refresh activities.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Proposal, and Operations teams to improve data completeness, visibility, and reporting accuracy.
• Develop reports, scorecards, executive summaries, and business insights that support decision-making.
• Identify reporting gaps, data quality issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Document business processes, data collection procedures, reporting standards, and operating guidelines to support continuous improvement initiatives.
