Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, campaign analytics, digital analytics, BI or related field.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry, tracking, and analysis.
• Strong data storytelling and data visualization skills.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Turn campaign and customer data into insights, trends, and recommendations that help marketing teams make better decisions.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, KPIs, and measurement frameworks that make campaign performance easy to understand and act on.
• Work with Marketing & Commercial Excellence, Digital Intelligence, IT, and other teams to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Help strengthen data quality, governance, and campaign measurement while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate recurring work.
• Explore AI, automation, and emerging analytics technologies to improve data analysis and insights delivery.
• Communicate findings clearly, develop best practices and documentation, and help stakeholders get more value from campaign data.
