Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in business analysis, operational performance, analytics, or a similar role.
• Experience in a Call Centre or similar operations environment.
• Strong analytical capability translating complex problems into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with pivot tables and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business and operational analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities across CCC initiatives.
• Define, track, and communicate pre- and post-release success measures and identify drivers of variance.
• Apply sound judgment to challenge assumptions and develop clear recommendations.
• Develop and maintain data models and reporting views for consistent initiative performance tracking.
• Communicate complex problems and data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels.
