Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, analytics or related field; 5+ years of business analysis/operational analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth business and operational analysis to identify trends, risks, opportunities and impacts across CCC initiatives.
• Define and track pre- and post-release success measures and explain variance drivers.
• Develop data models and reporting views to support performance metrics.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics and call-centre teams to translate insights into practical recommendations.
