Job summary

Sun Life Financial is seeking a senior IT professional to own the Client 360 BAU run, enhancements, and roadmap for SLHK across L&H and W&P. You will coordinate partners, align architecture with Asia standards, and embed data governance and data quality controls to deliver incremental business value.

With 10+ years in Data/MDM/analytics delivery and strong governance, you’ll manage multi‑vendor relationships, drive stakeholder alignment and ensure releases meet quality and compliance

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Data/MDM/analytics delivery.
• Experience integrating governance (CDE, DGIA, DQ, lineage) into product increments.
• Strong SoW/commercial governance with consulting partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the BAU run, enhancement and roadmap for Client 360 components.
• Coordinate partners and align architecture with Asia standards.
• Embed metadata, lineage, DGIA gates, and DQ scorecards into BAU releases.
• Drive adoption with business DG Manager and manage benefits realization.
