Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics or a related field.
• 5+ years in business analysis or operational performance.
• Experience in call centre or similar operations.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables and data analysis.
• Tableau experience for dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and insight discovery for CCC initiatives.
• Define, track and communicate pre- and post-release success measures.
• Communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Develop data models and reporting views for performance metrics.
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to realize value.
