Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee delivery of network bank projects in the Philippines. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality across multiple teams and lines of business.

Responsibilities include forming cross-functional project teams, defining work plans, preparing charters and business cases, monitoring risks, and reporting progress to senior management. Onsite work in Makati/Ortigas is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job.
• At least 12 years project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects or complex programs.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati/Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Form, lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Manage all project lifecycle activities across lines of business.
• Clarify requirements and develop a statement of work.
• Prepare charter, business case, and funding approvals.
• Identify work plans and tasks to achieve goals.
• Implement governance-based risk and change controls.
• Conduct post-mortems, CSAT surveys, and performance appraisals.
• Present project goals and progress to top management.
• Oversee vendors and third-party suppliers.
• Ensure IT infrastructure and applications comply with standards.
