MicroSourcing is seeking a Senior Banking Officer to join our Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City team onsite, Day Shift. You will handle debtor & cash allocations, bank reconciliations, and system admin tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in banking operations and experience with EFT, Direct Debit, and Cybersource. You’ll collaborate with branches and IT to improve payment processes and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of dedicated experience in banking operations, AR, and cash allocation.
• Bank reconciliation expertise with multi-bank accounts and handling bank dishonors/unapplied cash.
• Direct experience managing automated payment streams (EFT, Direct Debit, Cybersource, and Lockbox).
• Advanced MS Excel skills: VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data matching for large-volume reconciliations.
• Strong written and verbal communication to support branch admin networks and resolve daily banking queries.

Aufgaben

• Process daily EFTPOS, EFT, Direct Debit, and Lockbox receipts accurately.
• Investigate and clear unapplied cash receipts; approve refunds within delegation limits.
• Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts; handle dishonors and rejections.
• Manage user access for Cybersource and banking platforms; administer direct debit setup requests.
• Provide training and guidance to branch admin personnel.
• Partner with IT and Admin to test and implement payment automation in the Pronto ERP system.
• Circulate daily/monthly banking dashboards and support Month-End Close activities.
