Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple IT projects.
• Strong WBS, risk, issue, and dependency management.
• Experience in project planning, execution, monitoring, governance, and delivery.
• Familiarity with PMI or PRINCE2.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban is an advantage.
• Experience in banking/financial services environment preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and forecasting.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communications.
• Strong leadership and collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects and initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timelines, and budget.
• Develop and maintain project plans, WBS, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Oversee project financials, budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, business stakeholders, IT leaders, and technical teams.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and governance reviews.
• Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate SDLC activities including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure deliverables align with business requirements.
• Drive issue resolution and decision-making with stakeholders and technical resources.
• Prepare and present project status reports and executive updates.
• Support continuous improvement of PM practices and service delivery standards.
