Bridgit is a leading fintech focused on property equity solutions. We’re seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to own the backend stack, shape system architecture, and drive secure, scalable APIs using Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.

Join a collaborative team spanning onshore and PH-based offshore members to deliver high-impact features. You’ll work across engineering, product, and operations, contributing to deployment processes and documentation while growing with a fast-paced fintech

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a backend developer.
• 2+ years of Node.js experience.
• Commercial experience with Node.js, TypeScript and AWS Infrastructure.
• Experience with PostgreSQL.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Backend engineering ownership and day-to-day management of Bridgit's backend.
• Guide engineering landscape and apply backend expertise, including AI tooling.
• Own AWS infrastructure, CDK scripting, and security initiatives.
