Capgemini is seeking a Senior Lead Engineer with hands-on expertise in Angular and/or Java to provide technical leadership across web applications and backend services. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor teams, and influence cross‑functional delivery.

Responsibilities include designing APIs, guiding microservices, and delivering solutions in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) within Agile teams, while upholding quality and estimating features for on‑time releases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Fullstack engineer with Java SpringBoot and Angular.
• 1+ years of experience managing teams and leading members.
• Experience on frontend with Angular and TypeScript.
• Experience on backend with Java.
• Experience with microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of Angular/Java applications.
• Architect and design new initiatives; mentor teams.
• Manage complex or cross-functional projects and vendor relations.
• Ensure quality, best practices, and production issue support.
• Provide estimates for features and epics; support pre-grooming.
• Contribute from coding to system design, end-to-end delivery.
• Collaborate across teams and external partners.
• Maintain alignment with budget and timelines.
