Job summary

Maya is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the IAU Mesh team, focusing on Identity, Access and User Profiles capabilities. You will work with the Squad Lead to deliver the IAU roadmap and drive technical excellence across backend services.

The role requires strong Java or Node.js/Python backend experience, RESTful design, and hands-on AWS knowledge, with mentoring responsibilities and a proactive, ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or related field
• Strong backend and RESTful API experience with Java or similar
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading reviews

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owner to refine requirements and break requests into manageable work items
• Develop and execute IAU roadmap components with focus on Identity, Access and User Profiles
• Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing, and ensure technical leadership
• Investigate and fix reported bugs and research new technologies to improve efficiency
