Job summary

DysrupIT is seeking a hands-on senior engineer who will own the architecture of an enterprise AI product from the ground up. You will design and build the core database layer, integrations, and governance controls while leading a small team focused on training Small Language Models.

You’ll ensure reliability, monitoring, and security at production scale, serving enterprise customers with robust, scalable solutions and clear technical direction.

Qualifications

• Senior-level expertise owning production software end-to-end.
• Experience building standalone enterprise apps with end-to-end ownership.
• Hands-on relational DB design and operation (Postgres).
• Proven integrations with third-party enterprise systems.
• Strong event-driven architecture and idempotent workflows.
• Security-first mindset with RBAC, SSO, audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction of the AI product end-to-end.
• Architect and build core DB layer and integration layer.
• Direct event-driven workflows and orchestration engine.
• Implement enterprise-grade controls and on-prem deployment.
• Lead and mentor a small technical pod working on SLMs.
• Document architecture decisions and communicate with leadership.
