Job summary

Truelogic Software is seeking a customer‑focused AI engineer with expertise in enterprise solution architecture and AI implementation. You will design, deploy, and scale AI‑powered solutions for enterprise customers, leading discovery, solution design, proof of concepts, deployment, and adoption throughout the lifecycle.

The role centers on translating business needs into production‑ready AI solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive measurable outcomes and long‑term

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or related customer‑facing roles.
• Experience with enterprise customers in complex technology environments.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable, deployed technology solutions.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, technical workshops, solution design, onboarding and implementation projects.
• Hands‑on experience delivering deployments, proof of concepts, pilots, and production rollouts.
• Strong communication with executive and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with enterprise customers to understand business goals and AI transformation priorities.
• Collaborate with sales throughout the customer lifecycle from discovery to deployment.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions, solution workshops, and executive presentations.
• Design AI powered solutions addressing real business challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, production‑ready architectures.
• Develop customer AI use cases, workflows, and data integrations.
• Lead AI implementations from discovery to adoption.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
