Job description

• Reports to Technical Manager and supports the Sales Team.
• Involved in pre‑sales, solution deployment and maintenance.
• Prepares and delivers business and security value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, conducting Proof‑of‑Concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.
• Develops technical specifications to describe customer requirements.
• Prepares technical presentations and provides trainings to the customers.
• Provides (on‑site) 1st level support and troubleshooting of solutions deployed to customers
• Field work is required

Qualifications

• At least 3 years working experience in a Systems Integration Industry
• Familiar with commonly used security concepts, best practices and standard procedures
• Good analytic, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a team player, capable of working under pressure in a continually changing environment
• Has the ability to work alone efficiently, with minimal supervision
